Awarded to personnel who participated in a combat landing force team during
conflict with an opposing force. |
| Combat Readiness Medal |

Awarded to Officers, and non commissioned members of Starfleet for demonstrated
superior combat abilities whilst in active operations against the enemy. |
| Conspicuous Gallantry Medal |
 |
Awarded to Officers and non-commissioned members of Starfleet for acts
of heroism in the defense of federation citizens and their property in which
the recipient disregarded clear risk to personal safety. |
| Distinguished Combat Service |

| Distinguished Flying Cross |
 |
Awarded for heroism or extraordinary achievement while flying a starfighter
in combat zones. |
| Prisoner of War Medal |
 |
Awarded to officers who have been held captive as Prisoners of War. Positioned
following the designated conflict during which the receiver was taken prisoner.
Exempted from the "one ribbon" rule - if a being has been taken prisoner
in multiple conflicts, they may wear multiples of this ribbon, as described
herein. |
| Purple Heart |

Awarded to officers who have been injured in the line of duty. |
| Red Crest |
 |
Awarded to a member of Starfleet who has suffered major or permanent injuries
while showing extraordinary courage in the fulfilling of his or her duties
while defending the United Federation of Planets. |
| Starbase Combat |
 |
Awarded to personnel involved in combat actions against an aggressor force
in defense of a Starfleet starbase facility, whether part of the starbase
crew or as a member of a defending starship's crew. |
| Starship Combat |
 |
Recognizes any person who serves on a ship which is attacked or damaged
as a result of enemy action. |
